ONLYBULKED SHIPPING POLICY

We don't just ship clothes; we deliver your statement to the world. Because our gear is art-fueled and made-to-order, please review our procedures below to understand how we get the "noise" to your doorstep.

1. ORDER PRODUCTION & PROCESSING (INSTANT ACTION)

Unlike traditional retail, every item at OnlyBulked is custom-made just for you.

  • Immediate Start: The moment you hit the order button, our team initiates processing immediately to ensure the fastest possible turnaround.

  • Production Time: It takes 3-7 business days to print, cut, sew, and quality-check your custom fitness apparel before it leaves our floor.

  • Please Note: The "Shipping Time" selected at checkout applies after this production phase is finished.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • United States: 5-10 business days (after production is complete).

  • International: 10-21 business days (after production), subject to local customs procedures.

  • The Formula: Total Delivery Time = Production Time (3-7 days) + Shipping Time.

3. SHIPPING COSTS & OPTIONS

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping fees are determined by package weight and destination.

  • Free Movement: We offer complimentary standard shipping on US orders over $75.

  • Premium Speed: Need your gear sooner? Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update once received.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Crossing borders can be loud. For orders outside the United States:

  • Shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your country's authorities.

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. OnlyBulked cannot predict or cover these costs.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Check your coordinates. OnlyBulked is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • 7-Day Inspection Rule: If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at support@onlybulked.com with photos within 7 days so we can send a replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • The "Delivered" Rule: If tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your local post office. OnlyBulked is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery location.

8. DELAYS

While we strive to meet every estimate, external factors like severe weather, holiday volume, or carrier disruptions may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience while we navigate the chaos.
