ONLYBULKED REFUND POLICY
At OnlyBulked, we don’t do "ordinary". Our gear is built for those who refuse to blend in and demand to take up space. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your statement pieces, but here is how we handle the business.
1. THE 30-DAY REBELLION (STANDARD RETURNS)
For standard, non-custom items, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene Standards: For Sportswear (Leggings/Shorts), please try on items over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, odors, or do not meet hygiene standards.

Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. THE 1% RULE: CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED GEAR (STRICT POLICY)
Because our personalized items are art-fueled and made-to-order specifically for you, all sales for custom products are FINAL. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
We will ONLY offer a replacement or refund if:

The item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., torn fabric, broken seams).

The print quality is defective (e.g., peeling, significant color errors compared to the mockup).

You received the wrong item or size compared to your order confirmation.
We are NOT responsible for:

Incorrect size selection: Please review our Size Guide on the product page carefully before ordering.

Customer Input Errors: We are not responsible for typos, spelling errors, or incorrect text provided by you.

Change of Mind: Design choices or colors you later dislike are not grounds for a return.
3. DAMAGES & ISSUES (THE 7-DAY INSPECTION)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Personal care goods and intimates (for hygiene reasons).

Items without original tags or packaging.

Sale items marked as "Final Sale".

Gift cards and digital products.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN

Pre-Approval: All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us at support@onlybulked.com to start the process. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same "original condition" rules apply.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Inspection: All items undergo thorough inspection for wear, damage, and compliance.

Approval: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
